Baked ZITI 

Handful of rainbow carrots
One ☝️ onion
One to two zucchini depending on size.
1 tablespoon chili powder
3 garlic cloves diced
1 habanero diced
1 can crushed tomatoes

1 jar Amazing Hazel’s Gourmet Chili Sauce

1 can each of pinto , black and red beans 🫘

1. Steam carrots 🥕 so they are tender
2. Add oil and onions 🧅 until onions soften about 8 minutes
3. Add zucchini, chili powder, garlic and habanero (jalapeño for less heat). Cook, stirring occasionally, until zucchini softens, about 5 minutes.
4. Stir in crushed tomatoes 🍅 plus amazing hazels chili sauce, black beans, pinto beans (with liquid) and red kidney beans (with liquid). Bring liquid to boil. Reduce heat to low. Simmer, stirring occasionally, until you feel chili is incorporated about 30 minutes.
Optional: Serve with sour cream and chopped scallions, if desired.

2 tbsp Canned tomato paste
Dried oregano
1 tsp
Dried basil
1 tsp
Dried thyme
½ tsp
Fennel seeds
½ tsp
Table salt
½ tsp, or to taste
Black pepper
½ tsp, freshly ground
Uncooked whole wheat pasta
12 oz, ziti, cooked according to package directions
Shredded mozzarella cheese
