How can I track my order? | Your USPS tracking number will be sent to you via email and/or SMS once it is available, typically within 2-3 of placing an order. Make sure to check your spam or promotions folder if you have not already whitelisted support@, as it is possible our alerts are being filtered out of your inbox. |
How do I return or exchange my order? | You may start your return or exchange by requesting a prepaid shipping label here. Your request will be approved within 2 business days and you will receive your shipping label along with return/exchange instructions via email. |
How do I cancel or edit my order? | Requests to cancel or change your order must be made within 24 hours of the order being placed. In your message please include the order # and/or email address associated with the order and the change you would like to make.
